Owner and head chef Andres Meraz opened Boca 31 in 2016 to create new flavors and presentations in a more personal environment. Boca 31 brings Latin street food to you in a casual atmosphere that anyone can enjoy.

Boca 31 has a set menu, but you can also expect daily specials that include Tostada Tuesdays, shrimp tacos for Sunny Saturday, a chicken chile verde plate or a smoke sausage sandwich with jalapeño cilantro mayo, carrot slaw and pineapple vinaigrette.

Every offering on the menu is prepared with precision. Many patrons combine a variety of dishes and sides, especially when in a group, so that everyone can try a variety of flavors. The black bean salad with greens, queso fresco, pickled grapes, balsamic dressing is a meal in itself, especially when you add chicken, steak or brisket.

Customer favorites include the spinach and goat cheese empanadas, barbacoa brisket tacos, Peruvian pork loin sandwich with charred sweet potatoes and fajita steak or chicken rice bowls. You’ll even joy adult popsicles made with mango and passion fruit, lime or berry and vanilla.
